Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
